Pendidikan Dasar Penilaian (PDP) 1:

PDP 1 is the first step to start your journey as a reliable appraiser. This program provides the basics of property valuation covering the necessary procedures, methods and techniques.

Following are the registration requirements:

Fill out the form provided.
Paying tuition fees.
Submit 2 pieces of 4x6 photographs.
Submit a legalized copy of the last diploma.
For GAPPI members, attach a work certificate from a GAPPI member appraisal company.

Pendidikan Dasar Penilaian (PDP) 2:

PDP 2 is designed to continue your journey as an increasingly skilled assessor. This program deepens your understanding of property valuation.

Following are the registration requirements:

Member of MAPPI P or have passed PDP 1.
Fill out the form provided.
Paying tuition fees.
Submit 2 pieces of 4x6 photographs.
Submit a copy of the last diploma.

Pendidikan Lanjutan Penilaian (PLP) 1:

PLP 1 is the next step after completing PDP 2. This program addresses more in-depth and challenging topics in the world of property valuation.

Following are the registration requirements:

Members of MAPPI T or have passed PDP 2.
Fill out the form provided.
Paying tuition fees.
Submit 2 pieces of 4x6 photographs.
Submit a copy of the last diploma.

Pendidikan Lanjutan Penilaian (PLP) 2:

PLP 2 is designed to enhance your skills in property valuation with a focus on current issues and more complex strategies.

Following are the registration requirements:

Members of MAPPI T or have passed PLP 1.
Fill out the form provided.
Paying tuition fees.
Submit 2 pieces of 4x6 photographs.
Submit a copy of the last diploma.

Pendidikan Profesi Lanjutan (PPL):

PPL is a further education program for assessors who want to reach the pinnacle of their profession. This program covers specific aspects of property valuation.

Following are the registration requirements:

Members of MAPPI P, MAPPI T, and MAPPI S, or Company Directors.
Fill out the form provided.
Active MAPPI member.
Submit 2 pieces of 3×4 passport photos.
Paying tuition fees.
